I was thinking...always dangerous. I think I pointed you toward Jim Cannings site teamgauss.com before. It is a place where Jim puts a lot of random topics of interest to himself - but a small group of people regularly follow it because they all have baseball and basketball in common. What if you provided an interface for others within nashobavalley to do this? They could be power users and have what would amount to their own website within your website. You could strip relevant information to put into calendars etc. If you added power users with specific interests, you may be able to get a broader audience while introducing to them more of what is happening in the community.

On a different note, newspapers are becoming obsolete. How this can fill some of that niche seems to be the question to me.</description>
